About the Founder
Catalytix Systems was founded by Cat, a finance administrator, logistics and operations coordinator with 20+ years’ experience, and a slightly unhealthy love of turning chaos into clean, workable systems.
By day, Cat is process driven, detail obsessed, and fiercely organised, known for solving problems, improving workflows, and making finance make sense. She’s highly experienced in budgeting, cashflow management, accountability, and aligning systems with real world business operations (not just theory).
By night (or at least in her head), Cat enjoys:
- Her giant golden retriever, Alby (the personality benchmark for good humans)
- A good glass of red wine
- Building smarter systems so people can log off earlier (or chill like Alby is below!)
Cat is a clear communicator, a natural multitasker, and very good at keeping both numbers and people on track. She’s highly proficient in Xero, MYOB, Shopify, Magento, Retail Express, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and has a knack for connecting tools so they actually work together.
